Your recorder and user account must be linked correctly. Follow the steps for your app, then contact us if the device is not already shared with you.
DMSS setup
- Install DMSS from the official store link above.
- Select the United Kingdom as your region.
- Create and verify your own account, then sign in.
- Accept the device share or handover sent by I-Spy.
Hik-Connect setup
- Install Hik-Connect from the official store link above.
- Select the United Kingdom as your region.
- Register and verify your own account, then sign in.
- Accept the shared device invitation sent by I-Spy.
