We work in partnership with Arc Monitoring, an independent NSI Gold Category II Alarm Receiving Centre and Remote Video Response Centre, designed, built and operated to the relevant BS 5979 and BS 8418 Category II standards.
How monitored CCTV responds
A correctly commissioned system sends relevant alarm footage to ARC when a configured event is detected.
Detection event
Compatible video analytics identify activity and transmit the alarm event and associated camera images.
Operator review
An SIA-licensed operator reviews the event and connected cameras to assess what is happening.
Audio & escalation
Where supported and agreed, the operator can give a live audio announcement and contact keyholders or emergency services when appropriate.

Remote monitoring depends on more than simply connecting a recorder. I-Spy plans the detection, views, lighting, audio and response requirements with the monitoring centre.

Your CCTV or alarm equipment is still purchased outright. Professional monitoring is a separate service with an ongoing charge, agreed before connection.
