No. You buy your installed system outright and own it. There is no compulsory I-Spy subscription or monthly equipment fee. Additional visits, repairs or upgrades are agreed and quoted separately.
Can you replace an existing door?
We assess the opening, frame and surrounding structure before confirming the suitable replacement and any preparation needed.
Are all steel doors fire doors?
No. A steel construction alone does not establish fire performance. Tell us the required specification so the right product can be considered.
Can a steel door work with access control?
Suitable doors and hardware can be planned alongside access control. The door, locking and exit arrangements need to be assessed together.
Can I choose a colour or finish?
Available colours and finishes depend on the selected door range. We confirm the choices in your quotation.
