I-Spy CCTV recently installed cameras and security alarms for my home and business. Extremely happy with the installation and customer service, and when we developed a fault (no fault of I-spy I might add) they came back ASAP to help resolve the problem, which turned out to be a fault with our phone line. in summary a very professional and friendly service. 10 out of 10

Kevin was excellent with his service. I have recently bought another house. Due to the fact, Kevin did an excellent job for me with my first home. I have chosen Kevin for the security installation of my second house. Once again, He did a great job, and I am a very much impressed with what he has done for me. The updated version of the CCTV is absolutely quality, and I would highly recommend anyone thinking to get their security system install with Kevin.

iSpy's Kevin undertook a quick survey within 4 hours of our initial call to him, now there's customer service for you!Kevin and Dan undertook the installation the following day, that's what you call 'exceptional' customer service.Encountering a technical issue Kevin re- attended the following day and in fairly arduous conditions of extreme heat, up a set of steps, spent a considerable amount of additional time tracking down a faulty lead (manufacturing issue) all credit to Kevin for his perseverance. New cable lead delivered, the resultant system works extremely well and we are well pleased with our choice of iSPY, 10/10.Many thanks.Regards,R & N

Excellent as always! Kevin installed a full CCTV/alarm system for us 2 years ago. We were very impressed with the service and expertise... Recently decided to have a Wi-fi enabled, CCTV doorbell installed and Kev was my first call. The kit is great and it was installed without fuss. Very impressed with the price and service!

Kevin is a true life saver. I had to replace the lock in my shop as an emergency. Called first to get a rough quote. Very polite and straight to the point guy. I'm useless in describing what lock I had fitted on a door but his questions didn't made. Me feel like a complete idiot and got him the information he needed. Quote was bang on. He did the job in no time and even cut spare keys for me. I don't think I could ask for anymore. Invoicing is all electronic so makes it all even easier. Good to know that Kevin takes card payments too and invoice is emailed to you in no time. If you need an expert locksmith that is reliable and not heavy on your wallet I'll be definitely contacting Kevin again..

I-spy CCTV & Security was recommended to me, I was told Kev was very professional , he will tell you what the best setup would be for your property, what equipment he uses and what it does and he will show you the equipment.All so that his work was very tidy and he will respect your home.Well I have just had CCTV fitted by Kev and all the above is true.Great job done by Kev & team.Thank you very much.I would fully recommend I-Spy to anyone.

Kevin installed a CCTV system at my house. Very clean and efficient job. System works fully and offers the additional security i was after. Kevin is very knowledgeable and able to offer solutions to the type of system i was after. I have recommended Kevin to my friends and family and will have no hesitation on using iSPY for future projects.

I have serious concerns about this bloke. At first he asked for a photo of my house and then phoned to tell me what he recommended and emailed a quote. He would not listen to what I wanted which was fewer cameras and talked loudly over me, preventing me speaking. He didn't respond to my email request for a new quote as per my requirements as he doesn't like email communication ( unless he wants to write me a long abusive message) . After finally agreeing to do what I wanted they showed up quite quickly and fitted the stuff but left an internet lead running down the front of my house near to the front door just begging a burglar to cut it, making my house less secure instead of making it safer. I asked him to put a cover over the lead before I paid the 50% remaining and in spite of having placed it only a few days before he demanded a photo of the lead. I sent this by email twice and once by text and he claimed I had not sent it and said he was coming to remove the fitted equipment! Eventually I paid him the remainder except for £50 in order to pay someone else to make the internet lead look less conspicuous. He then threatened to come and remove the equipment! He has now disabled my password so I can't access the cctv images even though I have paid him all I owe. Be very careful!

At this point I engaged a decent cctv installer who confirmed that I-Spy had changed my password and he re-set the system and within 30 minutes re-routed the internet lead to inside my house. Kevin's provided an excellent service. He arrived at our house within 45 minutes of initial contact regarding an security alarm. he supplied us with a competitive quote which we accepted. He fitted the system the following day to our complete satisfaction. the job was completed quickly and efficiently and house was left in pristine condition. We would willingly recommend him to anyone
