Kevin and Dan undertook the installation the following day, that's what you call 'exceptional' customer service. Encountering a technical issue Kevin re- attended the following day and in fairly arduous conditions of extreme heat, up a set of steps, spent a considerable amount of additional time tracking down a faulty lead (manufacturing issue) all credit to Kevin for his perseverance.
